Shipping Delay
All orders are processed upon confirmation of your payment. This does not take into account cases where products are out of stock. However, wherever possible, we will do our best to inform you when a product is no longer available.

Transit Delay
This delay depends mainly on your location. All our items are shipped from northern France, using the French postal service La Poste's colissimo rate for France and abroad.

Delivery time (after your order has been shipped):
- 48 hours for deliveries in France
- 4 to 8 days for delivery abroad
These deadlines have been provided for information purposes only, and exclude weekends and holidays

Delivery Deadline
This date indicates the date by which we undertake to deliver goods or perform services.

Countries to which items are delivered
Given their current political situation and/or lack of sufficient guarantees for the proper handling of parcels, delivery is very difficult, or even impossible, in some countries. As such, they will not appear in the list of countries to which delivery is available. However, if you wish to have something delivered to one of these countries, please contact us so that we can discuss possible solutions together.

Rates

Regarding legislation of delivery country, the nature or the amount of your order may be regulated. It is your responsibility to get informed of your country's legislation and if necessary, to take necessary measures before placing your order.

We could not be held responsible for a refusal of importation or for additional charges (taxes, customs fees, etc...) related to your order. The non-delivery of your order on these assumptions does not give right to any guarantee.
