You will need your order reference number and the reference numbers of all items purchased.
It is essential that you check that all items are in good condition and correspond to your order when you receive your delivery. We may have to split your order up into more that one deliveries. You will be notified on your invoice should this occur.
All purchases made on this site, regardless of territory, are subject to French legislation, under which you may exchange or cancel and return an order within 14 days of reception. We request that you follow the procedure outlined in the Terms of Service if you decide to do so, especially in the case of returns.
All returns must be in their original packaging. We will not refund any items which have been opened or damaged. Shipping costs are payable by the customer and will not be refunded.
Items which have been personally dedicated to a customer by an artist cannot be exchanged or refunded, due to their unique nature.
