If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, you prefer a low-cost shipping option, or you wish to have your package delivered to your favorite retailer, here is some information that will help you choose the best solution for you.

 Shipments go out Monday to Friday.

Regardless of your chosen delivery method, we promise to ship your package 24 hours after your order, excluding special operations, sale items, and pre-orders (Monday to Friday).

 If the postal service commits to delivery within 48 hours and your package did not reach you within four working days, please contact us directly at the following address.

If you think you may have made an error when typing your address or you ordered a product you already own, contact our customer service directly so that we may react in the shortest possible time and serve you as best we can.

Your parcel is delivered to you personally or to a mailbox. If its size means that it cannot be delivered to a mailbox, it will kept for you to collect at your local post office. You will have 10 working days from the arrival of the parcel at the post office to collect it. If your parcel is not collected by this date, it will be returned to the sender. In any case, you will be informed by email 24 hours before your parcel is delivered.

The indicative delivery time frame is between 48 and 72 hours.
These delivery times do not apply if your order contains a pre-order item. In this case, all your items will be delivered once the pre-order item is in stock. 

Chronopost solutions:

All deliveries will be hand deliveries and must be signed for from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery before 1 p.m. the next day with Chrono 13, or the next day with Chrono Relais in mainland France depending on the time you place your order.

We also deliver abroad and to French overseas departments and territories. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated according to your place of residence, the weight of your package, and the selected delivery method.
