The Inquisition's Generals' Council is meeting in Bome, led by Torque, who steps in to take over for the "vanished" Marshal. He initiates his plan to put every one of the infected under the Inquisition's absolute control. Troops are dispatched to arrest them all, seal off the residents of the Glebe, and quash any hint of rebellion, bombing and deploying Harmoniziums everywhere to besiege the "terrorists" of Fantasia.

But the Domitors are ready with a plan of their own: the Tartaros plan. Nemesis eggs explode wherever Harmoniziums are activated, unleashing a threat that neither the Inquisition nor the population are prepared to face: Nemesis that explode when defeated!

Seth and his friends will need to find a solution to this threat, even as they battle against an Inquisition seized by panic and willing to do whatever it takes to annihilate the infected.
